Apple recently its latest version of it firmware OS firmware 4.0 and there has been lots of talks about it and tutorial regarding installing the Apples latest firmware version Iphone OS 4.0 and now we are providing you a complete tutorial for how to active the iphone 4.0 Firmware for your device which will enable you to install the firmware and test it.
In simple terms Activating the firmware is equivalent of to getting the UDID of your device registered in the iPhone developer program so you are legally able to test the new firmware on your device without any syncing problems with iTunes and not in jailbreaked one..
Register the Unique Device ID (UDID)
As in our previous posts we have talked about the Developer’s download and you can download only if you have a iPhone developer account yourself which will cost approxmately $100 a year; or have a friend who is enrolled into the program and willing to do this for you But now you dont need to worry becasue we here are giving you a chance to get this for free. Here is what you have to do:
- Connect your device only iPhone 3Gs or iPod Touch 2G/3G to the computer.
- Open your latest iTunes and click on the Summary for the device.
- Hover the mouse over to where it says ‘Serial Number’ and click on it such that to make it toggle into Unique Device ID (UDID).
- Now Note down the UDID very carefully and write it down somewhere for safety.
- Register to this form and enter your correct data and wait for a couple of hours.
That’s it! Your Unique Device ID will be registered and its done now you got a developers account for free and please NOTE it down that. This is a first-come-first-serve offer so make sure to follow the steps accordingly and Never forget to use your Working and Genuine Email address for Email,Comment or activation .

ya i am too hoping that but due to the slow processing speed compared with the Ipad i doubt with the processing speed as iphone is known for,
