Android OS which is now expected as the future of the smartphone OS platform has got its supportive tool known as Android Bootloader which helps users to start the sequence of loading operating system into RAM. All of the Various Android versions such as Android 2.1, Android 2.2 Froyo, etc, which has been released till now and and different models of phone may come with different version of bootloader and all the Users need to have the access to bootloader to flash new SBF or to simply view the bootloader version for your device to work with any SimS..

Like many , users find it difficult to access bootloader from their phone and so we have got you a very easy tutorial for it .Please note that the procedures many vary depending on the phones. The following method is for phones with QWERTY keypad please read it carefully.
Access Android Bootloader
- Firstof all Switch off your Android smartphone
- Press and hold the Up direction button and press the Power button until the screen lights up
- The phone screen will display text similar to below:
- Once you get this text Your phone is in bootloader mode and now If you plug in a USB cable, it will display Transfer Mode: USB instead.

Press and hold the Volume Down button & the Camera button, and press then Power button until the screen lights up

Now if you may want to go to System Recovery Mode your Android smart phone for factory setting or to wipe cache partition, wipe data and factory reset to initial state of the phone, or to apply update.zip on SD card .

How to Access to the bootloader in Android Motorola Droid / Milestone?
Access System Recovery Mode in Android Phones
- Switch off your mobile phone first
- Press and hold the X key on the QWERTY keyboard and then the Power button simultaneously until the screen lights up. Once the the Motorola logo appears in it release the Power button but keep holding the the X key until the following icon appears
- Now A triangle icon with an exclamation mark (!) like below will be displayed on your smartphone
- Press and hold the Volume Up and Camera buttons simultaneously to bring out the system recovery menu.
- Use the D-pad to navigate the menu and select the appropriate action.
OR you can also
Press and hold the Camera button and the Power button until the screen lights up and When the Motorola logo appears, release the Power button but keep hold of the Camera button until the below icon appears
and now you are done and you have successfully completed access to the Android OS bootloader
