Step 1 :How to Back up your iPad
- Download the latest version of iTunes
- Connect your iPad to your computer(mac or windows)
- Now Right-click the iPad icon on the left pane of iTunes as shown in the figure below >> Choose ‘Back Up’
- Your ipad data will be backed up now and you are done.
Now we will guide how to restore it.
Step 2:How to Restore from iPad Backup
this is a dumb question but you need to have a old or recent backup before you restore it so make it sure you have a previous backup.
- You must follow the Step 1 to backup your ipad files
- Connect your iPad to your computer(mac or windows)
- Under iTunes Device option you select your iPad >> Select ‘Summary’ tab >> Select ‘Restore’ option
- Now you will be prompt to make a back up copy of your current settings before restoring to the backed up restore point so you can choose any one which is preferable for you
- Then select the ‘Back Up’ option (It will appear if you have backups)
- Finally Select the ‘Resto re’ option and in some time your ipad will be restored.
- Once the restore process has completed, iPad will reboot and will display a message like below:
