Step 1:- This is the first step where you need to download the following Files from Third party File sharing Sites:
Just Extract the ICS ROM. Put its contents to your desktop for easy access, as it would be required later in following up this tutorial.
Step 2:- Once you have downloaded the files and Extract them then Shut down Samsung KIES completely if it is opened .
Step-3:Once you are done launch ODIN which you have downloaded from Step 1.
Step-4:Now you need to turn off your Galaxy S II device and go to Recovery Mode so just press and hold Volume Up + Home + Power while booting up to enter Download Mode.
Step-5:In this step you need to Connect your Galaxy S II with computer via USB once you are connected ODIN will automatically detect it.

Step-9:Then tap on START.
Step-10:ODIN Which will now start to work and will now begin to install and flash the leaked ROM to your Galaxy S II and once completed your device will restart and then unplug it from your personal computer.
