Its just some days that there was a release of Pwnagetool which was able to jailbreak iOS 4.0 on iPhone 3GS and was working in most cases and successfully which was even managed to preserve baseband 04.26.08 as well but the only issue that people were facing is that there was not any tool to unlock unlock iPhone 3GS 4.0 with baseband 04.26.08. which was a really making people sad but there is a good news folks. finally Ultrasn0w 0.92.1 is out and this tool can unlock iPhone 3GS with baseband 04.26.08 running on iOS 4.0 GM in easy steps which will make you easy to jailbreak your Iphone..

but foe now Ultrasn0w 0.92.1 does not have any new exploits so If you’re running baseband 04.26.08 on iOS 4 GM just follow the following simple steps and simply install ultrasn0w by adding http://ios4.ultrasn0w.org to your Cydia source list as shown in the snap shot and you are all done.

NOTE: Do not use the repo666.ultrasn0w.com repo because it still has the older version (0.92) and Also ultrasn0w is spelled with a zero, not the letter “o”. [via]
