this is confirmed now and apple has just released the iOS 4.3 beta 3 (build 8F5166b) where as the beta 2 was released some weeks back the iOS 4.3 beta 3 SDK is supported for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch as always if you are the developer than only you can get hands on it and these future updates will be supported for iPad, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 4G, iPod Touch 3G, Apple TV 2G and the support for iPod 2G and iPhone 3G has been stopped now..
