This latest released OS version from Apple which includes firmware versions for iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G, 3rd and 2nd generation iPod touch ,The beta 3 version is currently available to Apple certified developers as before and you can get it from iPhone Dev Center.
This latest release OS firmware features fixes the bugs regarding the camera to make screenshots work again. We will soon post the updates in it.
