iCloud Communication filed a lawsuit against Apple which states that the company has copied its iCloud branding and trademark

Apple announced the new service called as iCloud for its existing ipad,iphone,ipod touch and Mac users which is the new cloud based service, iCloud, which was released in the WWDC 2011 this June along with the ios 5 beta and Mac OS lion but the news we are talking about the iCoud is about the iCloud Communications, an Arizona based company, which has now filed a lawsuit against Apple which states that the company has copied its iCloud branding and trademark.

iCloud Communications has now claimed that Apple’s hardcore marketing and use of the iCloud brand is affecting the company negatively and of course iCloud from Apple will bring lots of ROI so the iCloud brand will then only be publicly affiliated more with Apple then any of other companies becasue iCloud Communication is the company which has been active since 2005 which is causing lots of problem from the iCloud Communications.

iCloud Communications is a VoIP equipment provider, but in court documents, it also claims to be a cloud computing company which offers services similar to what Apple is offering under iCloud. Released in beta as of now, iCloud will be shipped alongside iOS 5 for general public later this year in fall and this time iCloud Communications demands in the lawsuit that all of Apple’s iCloud promotional material be destroyed and that they are stopped from using the iCloud brand and also They have also asked for monetary compensation and the invoking of the iCloud trademark that Apple purchased some weeks ago.
