Are you an iPhone or ipad user? This could be shocking news for you then. It has been claimed by the researchers that Apple iPhones and 3G iPads are recording your movements and storing secretly. With the help of the software, iPhone and iPad users are traced and these location data is hidden in unencrypted file though there is no visual indication of these data in these devices.
According to Apple‘s terms and conditions,
“We may collect information such as occupation, language, zip code, area code, unique device identifier, location, and the time zone where an Apple product is used so that we can better understand customer behaviour and improve our products, services, and advertising”
This act has been criticized that it was purely intentional. Though apple is yet to comment on this issue.
