Dev Team might release the updated Redsn0w in a week time only  after the release of Greenpois0n with support for the untethered jailbreak for iOS 5,iOS 5.0.1 so once the release is made Dev Team might release the Redsn0w  0.9.9 b9 which will not only make both Cydia blob and TinyUmbrella blob save but also the updated Redsn0w will allow to stitch IPSW firmware files with SHSH blobs and APTicket to allow for the downgrading to previous versions of iOS 5.x.
