AT&T  has recently come up with new smarphone data plans. This is the second data plan of at & t  after 2010 . It focuses on providing unlimited AT& T access to wifi hotspots of the same for  customers with more data up to 5 gb at just $50. ipad 3g users have data upto $50 for 5GB. However this is very convincing and revealing due to the competitive market into networking. Currently this plan provided only $15 and $25 data plans. This new scheme is to start from 22 january,2012.

David Christopher the chief marketing officer of AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets said,

“Customers are using more data than ever before,” said  ”Our new plans are driven by this increasing demand in a highly competitive environment, and continue to deliver a great value to customers, especially as we continue our 4G LTE deployment.”

New unlimited smartphone plans are as follows to access AT&T Wi-Fi Hotspots:

•  AT&T DataPlus 300MB: $20 for 300MB, additional 300MB for $20.
•  AT&T DataPro 3GB: $30 for 3GB, additional 1GB for $10/each
•  AT&T DataPro 5GB: $50 for 5GB, with mobile hotspot/tethering, additional 1GB for $10/each
