Toshiba has recently released new touchscreen enabled tablet called toshiba AT100 with a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixel running on google android 3.0 honeycomb OS. It is powered by 1GHx dual -core nVidia Tegra 2 processor and has 16GB of internal memory.
