Verizon iPhone 4 will be released in a week time and iOS 4.2.6 Jailbreak seems to be released in some time once the official release is made as Musclenerd who is from iPhone Dev Team has just updated that Verizon iPhone 4 users that they will be getting only the tethered jailbreak on the day of its release but those users who buy early can also get their iPhone pwned/jailbreaked for life with new and upcoming release of GeoHots limra1n which will jailbreak it for life.
This was tweeted from Musclenerd as he mentioned that he was able to generate keys using i4 crypto engine which shows that limera1n can also jailbreak the upcomming iOS 4.2.6. Limera1n is a low level exploit and if Verizon iPhone and might be that other also using the same exploit to jailbreak them using it so that Apple cannot patch it by any software upgrade so be ready for it.
MuscleNerd: If the i4 crypto engine couldn’t get those, it would have been bad sign for limera1n. But it did, so there’s still hope.
